Vision Statement
Our Vision for the children of Arcadia Presbyterian Church is that they will develop into fully devoted followers of Jesus Christ.
We are preparing them by teaching them to read the Bible, learn the stories of the Bible, and many of the most important verses in the Bible. We are teaching them how to pray.
Our hope is that they will experience real community, and take with them into adulthood, a well developed sense of their value and share in the Church and in the world. It is our greatest privilege to be able to lead them in the way that they should go.
Values
Welcoming and safe environment - a place where children feel a part of the group and desire to stay to learn with the group. Also a place that is spiritually, emotionally and physically safe
Fun - a place where children want to come back because they have enjoyed their time at church.
Creative Teaching - a place where the Word of God is taught based on life experiences, interests and also in a manner that is developmentally appropriate for the child
Excellence - a place where we strive to have thoroughly planned lessons, an encouraging attitude and standards for our volunteers
Character Development - a place where we help to make God's word a part of children's everyday life.
