Planning Your Wedding at APC
Congratulations on your engagement. As you look forward to that very special day, we know there many things to be planned and put together. Our goal, in partnering with you, as you prepare for marriage and your wedding date, is to effectively assist you in putting together the wedding of your dreams.
We have been helping couples wed for over 90 years and have a dedicated staff ready to work with you in designing a custom service that fits your needs and celebrates the love that God grants to us in marriage and our families.
It is an honor to offer our sanctuary and campus to members and non-members alike who are interested in uniting together in Christian marriage. Each person on our team has assisted in numerous weddings and is a tremendous resource to you. We look forward to helping you with your special day as you make a lifetime of memories together
Guest pastors are welcome to provide these special services for their church members and friends. It is our policy that any requests for guest pastors to officiate wedding ceremonies here at APC must be approved by our Senior pastor prior to booking the wedding. If you are interested in having your pastor officiate your ceremony here at APC, you will need to provide the following information:

Sanctuary
This includes the following:
Use of the sanctuary (and our wedding decorations as desired),
the bride’s room, choir robing room for the men, pastor’s
honorarium, organist, wedding hostess,
custodian, and sound technician.
The Sanctuary seats 350 on the main floor, and another 100 in the balcony.
Barnard Chapel
This includes the following:
Use of Barnard Chapel (and our wedding decorations as desired),
bride’s room, choir robing room for the men, pastor’s
honorarium, organist, wedding hostess,
and custodian.
Barnard Chapel seats 50
Receptions
We also offer our Fellowship Hall, Lounge, & Kitchen for receptions if you so desire. The costs for these facilities can be discussed with our wedding secretary as they vary depending on the number of guests, duration of reception, and facilities needed. Our Fellowship Hall and Lounge will accommodate up to 500 people for a buffet style reception (limited number of tables & chairs due to fire code) and 300 for a reception in which all are seated.

Fill Out the Form bellow, if you would like someone to contact you about weddings.
1) Officiating Pastor's Name
2) Place and date of the pastor's ordination
3) Name and Address of the church the pastor is currently serving
Pre-marital counseling is also a requirement of any couple who is married at APC This can be accomplished through our Counseling Center, by the officiating pastor or by some other qualified counselor of your choosing.
Reserving Your Wedding Date
To reserve a date on our church calendar for your wedding here at APC you will need to do the following:
1) Speak with the Wedding Secretary, who will check the availability of your requested date and time on our church calendar.
2) Make an appointment with one of our pastors to officiate your ceremony if you are not requesting a guest pastor.
3) After you have met with one of our pastors and they have agreed to perform your wedding, your date and time will be reserved on our church calendar.
4) You will receive a letter of confirmation by mail indicating that the date and time of your wedding & rehearsal have been reserved on the church calendar. We ask that you do not put anything in print (such as newspaper announcements or invitations) until your receive your letter of confirmation.
5) A $100 non-refundable fee is required to book your wedding.
The balance of your fee will be due 10 days prior to your wedding.
